There will be a flat rate shipping fee of 7.99 added on to all shipments. At the time we can only ship to the US only.

Returns

Loren Elizabeth Design return policy is for store credit or original payment. Store credit never expires and can be used for any item.
Eligible for returns if:
For merchandise returned 14 days of the purchase date, a refund will be issued in the manner of which it was purchased. Anything returned after 14 days will only be given a return in store credit.

We'll gladly accept unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise for return or exchange. All tags must be attached and items must be returned in original packaging. Defective items may still be accepted.

Items bought on sale will not be eligible for a return or exchange of any kind.
